Refund policy
Free trials
All new monthly and annual subscriptions (mobile apps and plugin bundle) include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged. The lifetime plugin-bundle purchase is a one-off payment, not a subscription, and does not include a free trial. See the cooling-off section below.
Subscription refunds
- Mobile-app subscriptions and the monthly / annual plugin-bundle subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period. Because the Service is provided continuously and consumed during the paid period, we do not refund the unused portion. Your subscription continues until the end of the current paid period after you cancel.
- Lifetime plugin-bundle purchases are a one-off payment, not a subscription, so the subscription-refund rules above do not apply to them. See the cooling-off section below for the statutory cancellation right that applies.
UK/EU statutory cooling-off period
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract for digital content. This applies to both subscriptions (monthly, annual) and one-off purchases (plugin lifetime licence).
- When you start your free trial or begin using the digital content immediately, we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the digital content straight away and to acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once you have started using it. For lifetime purchases this waiver is presented at checkout; once you download or activate the plugins, the cooling-off right is waived.
- If you have not yet downloaded or activated the plugins after a lifetime purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days by emailing us.
Studio bookings
Refunds for studio bookings at the physical premises follow the cancellation clauses in the booking agreement signed at the time of booking.
Faulty product or material misrepresentation
If a paid feature is materially broken or was misdescribed at point of sale, you are entitled to a full or partial refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email [email protected] describing the issue and we will resolve within 14 days.
How to claim
For App Store / Google Play subscriptions, refunds are processed via the platform's standard request flow (we cannot refund directly). For Stripe-billed plugin subscriptions and lifetime plugin purchases, email [email protected] with your order reference; refunds (where due) are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Goodwill refunds
If you are unhappy for any reason, contact us. We listen, and we use our discretion fairly.
