SUS4 Time Trainer
Tap to the click, then keep time when it drops out.

SUS4 Time Trainer shows you exactly how well you lock to a click. Set a tempo from 40 to 220 BPM, tap along (or switch on Mic Detect and play your instrument), and every hit is measured in milliseconds early or late, with your hit rate and timing spread alongside.
On Apple Watch the pulse comes to your wrist as taptic feedback, with a stronger tap on each downbeat, while you tap along in quarters, eighths, triplets or sixteenths and feel a hit or miss on every tap. That builds time you feel rather than just hear, which matters for live performance and ensemble playing, where you are often feeling the beat as much as hearing it.
Mute practice is where the internal clock gets built: the click plays for four bars, then drops out for one to eight bars you choose, and when it returns the app tells you how far you drifted. Challenges across a range of tempos and a graph of your last 30 sessions show whether the consistency is sticking.
