SUS4 Ear Daily

SUS4 Ear Daily gives you short ear-training drills to fit into every day. Pick intervals, triads, seventh chords or scale degrees, listen, choose your answer and find out straight away whether you were right. A streak counter and an optional daily reminder help turn it into a habit.

On Apple Watch there is a standalone drill app: identify intervals, triads, seventh chords and inversions from your wrist, with a haptic tap for each right or wrong answer and your streak and accuracy on a second page. The idea behind both is simple: ear training works when it is consistent, not intensive. A few minutes every day beats an hour once a week.

The Progress tab charts your accuracy over the last 30 days and shows which drill types you find easy or hard based on your recent results, so you know where to spend tomorrow's few minutes. The sounds also change as you log more answers, from piano to reeds, strings and brass, so you learn to hear the interval, not the instrument.
